Project Overview

A 9:16 social film for a Haier air conditioner, built as a 3D product and placed into rooms that were never photographed. The unit was modelled and lit in Blender against a solved camera, which is the part that makes the rest hold: the product sits on a real trajectory rather than a static plate, so it keeps its place as the shot moves. The surrounding environments are generated and composited behind it - no location, no set build - and the split is the point. The one thing in frame that had to be exactly right, down to the vent geometry and the badge, is the one thing that was fully modelled; everything that only had to be plausible was generated.
