Miniature to Photoreal

Project Overview

A property film for Saffron Park Residences built the long way round: a physical miniature of the development, lit and shot on set, then taken to photoreal through AI rather than rendered from nothing. Shooting a real object first means the camera move, the parallax, and the way light falls across the massing are captured rather than simulated - the AI pass inherits a plate that already behaves correctly, which is what stops the result drifting the way fully generated footage does. For a development that is still being built, it produces something a buyer reads as a photograph of a place rather than a render of a proposal.
